Massage Therapist

Kamati Wellness is a Massage Therapy Clinic striving to create a safe space for all walks of life, LGBTQ+ friendly, and an educational platform for clients and employees.  We strive on retention rates and setting up treatment plans for our clients. We spend time with each client to build a strong relationship with them so that they trust us to help them on their journey of healing mind, body, and spirit. We meet each client where they are in life that day and treat each person as an individual, so each treatment is different depending on what they are experiencing that day.

Seeking skilled and enthusiastic massage therapist to join our team. Must have a deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology while also able to tap into their intuitive side with what is coming up in a client’s body while on the table and what the client comes to you for that day. We do not do cookie cutter type massages.

  • Someone who wants a long-term position 2+ years

DO NOT APPLY IF:

  • You want to work in a spa environment
  • You do the same massage for every person and do not have the skills to veer from a routine
  • You are not willing to build a clientele and treatment plans for clients

Job Requirements:

  • Stamina to see 20-25 clients a week
  • Communicate to your clients regarding rescheduling and encouraging treatment plans
  • SOAP note charting after each client
  • Setting up for your sessions, cleaning treatment room between clients and after shift
  • The ability to communicate issues promptly as they arise
  • Checking clients out and setting them up on treatment plans

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Active CO Massage Therapy License through DORA
  • Liability Insurance Policy
  • 1+ years of experience would be nice but not necessary if you are teachable and have the motivation to keep expanding your knowledge
  • Must be a strong communicator with a friendly disposition and growth mindset.

This is a W-2 Employee Position

  • Pay is $36- $42/hour + tips
  • With better retention rates comes higher pay.

  • In house training on therapeutic skills and how to talk to clients to set up treatment plans

About Us:

Kamati Wellness is a well-established wellness center known for providing high-quality massage therapy and holistic health services. We are expanding our offerings and are seeking a licensed acupuncturist to join our collaborative and client-focused team. Our mission is to support clients in achieving whole-body wellness through integrative therapies. We concentrate on women’s health and fertility/pregnancy. 

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate is client-focused, professional, and passionate about holistic health. You’ll work alongside experienced massage therapists in a supportive and wellness-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional acupuncture treatments to clients based on individual health needs.
  • Conduct thorough client intakes, including medical history and treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure client confidentiality.
  • Educate clients on treatment plans, self-care, and wellness recommendations.
  • Collaborate with massage therapists and other wellness professionals for integrative care.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space.
  • Manage scheduling and client communication (if applicable, depending on the business model).
  • Follow all state and local laws and regulations regarding acupuncture practice.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid license to practice acupuncture in the state of Colorado.
  • Professional liability insurance (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience (new graduates considered based on fit).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to client care and professionalism.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing client base (a plus but not required).
  • Experience working in a wellness or multidisciplinary setting.
